and Black men are weak and easily disregarded within the context of this system, jump to a different thread and you'll see no shortage of Black men complaining about their inability to find jobs because their applications are easily disregarded.

That is in the face of a hierarchical system of invisible administrator men pulling strings, not white warriors on the battlefield or standing in black men's way.
