Just copped that one at Gamestop this morning for $19.99 as part of their Black Friday pre-sale.
And I'm on vacation until next Monday.
I'll hafta let y'all know what I think, especially since I'm NEW to these types of games.

it's a great game with a great story. Combat is much better than arkham and has more depth

breh this clip forced me to step my shyt up...I was having a tough time w/ the hammerhead bases in ‘turf wars’ but not after seeing this...I used everything in my arsenal to fukk these dudes up lol
shyt is so fast-paced. ive watched all his viideos for spiderman's bases and i'm in awe each time
finally finished the game...would’ve gotten 100% completion except I bailed on the final screwball side mission...shyt was frustrating...fukk that...great game...story was totally engaging...hopefully we can play as miles in the sequel...hated the MJ missions and the screwball bomb challenges...really bummed out that they didn’t include the black/white spidey suit...that’s damn near blasphemous...enjoyed the game a lot tho...looking forward to a sequel...but for real how could they not have this suit lol smh...

They are more than likely going to do a symbiote storyline in a sequel. It's the same reason they didn't include Miles' suit in this game cuz they knew they were going have Miles as a Spider-Man character in the next game. they’d better...I’m not gonna prop them up for “holding something back for the future” unless of course they actually do lol...they freaking included every damn thing else...even the erik larsen “bionic” spiderman costume from when he had the hi-tech cast lol smh

with its appearance on psnow, decided to give it a whirl, since people said it’s inspired by the arkham series. Sorry, but, nah. In the arkham series, rocksteady turned batman’s encounters into a ballet of beatdowns, while spiderman seems to have only adopted the sensing mechanic, ignoring the rhythmic component that made rocksteady’s franchise so addictive. The combat isn’t even hard, as I’ve adjusted to it enough, accepting that there is nothing graceful to its execution. It’s just not fun or intuitive. Also, the city isn’t nearly as fun to traverse as it looks in videos.
I’m usually a fan of Sony’s offerings, but this is not it, dog. It’s a poor man’s arkham clone.

While i agree that the arkham games combat is better. I very much disagree about it not being fun to traverse around. I could spend hours just swinging.
