A Dog's Purpose? Yo, that shyt was practically a short film with how much they showed. They showed the whole entire movie in the trailer.
This was dope
Only thing i didnt like was
there was too much time spent on Miles not knowing how to use his powers
That was his entire character arc though. This was dope

In comparison to the other movies, it didnt take up majority of the movie to learn themThat was his entire character arc though.
He didn't have time to grow accustomed to his powers because he was thrown straight into the deep, and on top of that got surrounded by a bunch of experienced Spidey's who didn't have the time to wait for him (even though they clearly wanted to).
This might end up being an annual tradition thing for me and my son to watch around christmas or something once it's released on video. Once we got home from seeing it he grabbed his legos, took Venoms body, Killmongers head, and Nakia's hair and said it was Miles Morales. Watching him is living proof of how representation matters and how it can inspire the imagination to think on a wider scope. He's growing up with so much more than I ever got to see as a kid and I love it

This dude sitting next to me said to his son "that's ridiculous. That dog would never make it back home...." You can always count on fathers to keep it real with youLOL. The lady beside me in my second viewing said "Well I guess we won't have to pay to see that one, they just summed it up nicely."
