Cornfields, cows, & an one stoplight town
Saw it again today -with closed captions. Definitely recommend. I didn’t realize how crucial Hobie is to the plot until I read what he was saying and doing. Also Indian Spider-Man is awesome but in hindsight he’s the perfect example for why Miguel may be right. Besides the universe potentially unraveling, he’s too damn cocky and thinks being Spider-Man is easy because he’s never lost anyone.

Bruh. How was the movie unbelievable?
Bruh. The whole Nueva York section looked like some shyt out of the end of Akira. The amount of individually animated moving parts was insane. The artwork had emotion and felt like a living breathing part of the movie. Literally a work of art and they managed to create an entertaining movie out of it. Not to mention the soundtrack thats both relevant and totally in sync with the movie... on another note, to follow up with an alltime great Spiderman movie after No Way Home is unreal. Most people thought that was the Endgame for Spiderman.

Yeah…about that…

Now part of me feels like they lying because they’ve been told us since the very first teaser trailer that the movie was going to be 2 parts. And I REFUSE to believe they animated all that and ended it right at that cliffhanger. At this point part 2 has to be at least 70% done by now.

The fact there is no post credit scene says a lot. That lets me know they HAVE to have a majority of the 2nd half in the stash already..

I wouldn’t be surprised if they push the release to Summer or fall of next year.

:whew: glad I avoided everything about this movie because the way it ended shocked me.

Are you serious?

Largest film crew ever for an animated film, 3 directors on one project which is almost unheard of, several art & animation styles that somehow don't completely clash and ruin the movie, and a mega ambitious 2 part story that holds up on its own. This is after a first movie that was already good and would've been fine without a sequel.

How many other studios do you see out there pulling this shyt off? Barely anyone in the game is bold and doing projects like this at this scale in animation right now. It's an unbelievable accomplishment. They even flexed and got a 14 kid to animate scenes in the movie and it all fit thematically and didn't feel out of place. Come on now.
