This shyt was high grade piff I peeped he was in the wrong dimension the moment his mom asked why his hair was different. Also, Miguel can FOH There's no way I wouldn’t save my dad. Miles saving his pops and you trying to take over a dead Miguel’s place from another dimension are two entirely different things.

I had an uneasy feeling, but what made me presume he was in the wrong dimension was that I noticed his mom's eyes were GREEN instead of GOLDEN BROWN. That's when I knew something wasn't right.

Also, did anyone else notice how the entire color palette was mostly purple in Earth-42?

Even though I believe Miguel is an unreliable narrator, what he talked about certain things are canon and cannot be altered is exactly what happened in the Dr. Strange episode in "What If". Even the black ooze is just like in that episode.

movie was great - like a few others, I was really hoping for 90s Spider Man from the cartoon - I grew up on that, as Im sure many others did as well

one question, sorry if its dumb - since they established a connection to live action Spider-Man's, why weren't there any live action Spider Man's in the Spider-Society? It might look dumb, and Im not sure how they would film it alongside the animated shyt well, but wouldnt they be there too?

On one hand, I think this is a slippery slope because every superhero can technically be seen as a gay/trans allegory, and if it's confirmed Gwen's not trans and is just an ally (which it probably will be because they don't want to kill the movie's international gross), then people are gonna get mad over a headcanon.

On the other hand, this triggers the Quartering/Clownfish/c00n Rippa crowd, and they can't pull that "Go woke, go broke" shyt because the movie's making bank this weekend.

That is also somewhat misleading. Typically, it's Spider-Man's love interest's father. If you noticed even with Spider-Man India, it was HIS GIRLFRIEND EQUIVULENT to Gwen Stacy's father that's supposed to be canon. If anything, per canon, Spider-Gwen's father should have been most at risk due to Miles closeness to Gwen. That would be consistent with canon. Not his own father. Like I said, Miles lost his uncle which is consistent with canon, but also losing his father just because he's a cop would be still inconsistent because none of the rest of the Spider-Men lost a cop who was their father. Most of the time, their parents were already dead.

Maybe it takes alternate universe Miles’ arcs to lose his uncle to then become the Prowler in ALL universe’s?

They had ps4 spidey in there.
If they really dug deep they should’ve gotten the ps2 ultimate spidey in there.

We still have one more shot with Beyond for these characters to show up though.
