Trying not to go overboard, may have to give a second watch but this could be a top 3 comic book movie ever too, I went into it blind without watching any trailers or reading any plots, really haven’t seen an audience so engaged in the theater since Infinity War, instant classic.

do I need to see the other one before watching the new one in theaters ?

The year 3030
need to watch it again to catch all the different spideys

absolutely loved the different animation styles

dope even seeing the live action stuff

they didn't have to repeat the spider bite so many times. We get it, it's part of spidey's canon.

also thought it was a little weird they had 2 intros, like they thought we'd forget we're watching spider-verse.

I'm not that well versed on all the different spideys but :mjlol: at there being a Napoleon ass spider-man variant. he gon watch and post on thecoli like :blessed:

ben riley :ahh:

can't wait for beyond the spider verse

Just got back from seeing it and enjoyed most of it, but the ending was bullshyt

I'm fine with a story being done in two parts. However, if you're going to do a 2-parter, do it like Infintity War/End Game. Although they were 2 parts of the same story, the 1st part had a satisfactory conclusion. This movie just flat out stopped at the end of act 2.

As stupid as this pun was, I got a big ass laugh out of Peter Parkedcar :russ:

I also marked out at the Donald Glover cameo

They will milk this lol.

Posters raving and calling this the best spider man movie ever means this is probably a 6/10. :snoop:

Every time the film room raves about a film being the best of a franchise it’s usually mid.
This gonna be universally loved movie. I have no problem with that. I just don't see how it's better then the first one except for the animation. There was no classic battle for example like the first one.

Great flick :whew:

Might have to watch again. One of the best animation styles I’ve seen.

Too bad Entergalactic was a one off, I’d like to see more stories using this animation

This feels like the only western animation that can match the kinetic, fast paced energy of anime like summer wars
