While i remember the white victims of the Beltway snipers all screaming for the killer's head, especially with then 16-17 year old Malvo....they were all furious when he didnt get the death penalty....

This guy was convicted for killing and ordering the torture of over 100 African people during Apartheid and after only 19 years in prison the South African government has decided to forgive him
