We have some very weak minded people living down there.
This guy was convicted for killing and ordering the torture of over 100 African people during Apartheid and after only 19 years in prison the South African government has decided to forgive him
We even have Africans making excuses for him saying "He himself was just following orders"
It's like we are living in the twilight zone or something brehs

De Kock, 66, was sentenced in 1996 to two life terms in prison and a further 212 years for the crimes he committed.
