i watched a youtube video about the Spiderman fan film "Lotus" and honestly this looks just like it. probably 150x the budget. those screengrabs of the Spider girls actually look worse.

Would be hilarious if this outperforms The Marvels, I actually enjoy this Sony Spiderman crap, the movies are fun.

The trailer was not very good and the music was a terrible choice. I’m a sucker for spider anything though, when i said that it was honestly a disclaimer

I think the idea of an origin story for 3 superhero spider girls and their "mentor" (Madam Web) on some Charlie's Angels steez, isn't a bad concept actually.

But tbh i'd have had the focus be on the 3 girls (not Madam Webb). After all, if the movie does somehow succeed it'll be bc ppl want to see those 3 in costume, using their powers, and interacting with each other. But perhaps they'll emphasiz those dynamics in the future trailers.

Only thing that will save this is a Post Credit with Peter from the MCU or Tobey/Andrew or Breh from Spiderverse falling into the real world on some incursion shyt ( but that nikka has gotten fat as shyt).
