The bold isn't true. Of the titles listed, the ones that are cross play between PS4 and PS5 do not support cross play between Xbox and PC. They still support PC/PS4 and 5 cross play where that applies, which is what we are talking about. I don't need to read any more articles, I know MLB wanted more customers. If you want to license our IP, you have to put it on multiple platforms. Sony wouldn't have renewed the license if the terms were bad or if they were not more open these days to releasing elsewhere. That all bodes well for a potential ASW fighting game on PC/PS5.
They probably want to corner the market on fighting games and further strengthen their e-sports/tournament presence. It's like how MS has cornered the market on WRPGs.
