Let's be honest though, all the bolded sounds like it could be the actual plot of ASM3:

Rhino's stopped at the end of ASM2 so the Sinister Six project is cancelled. But Harry revives Gwen Stacy as Venom to complete the six. But Spider-Man stops the plans, with help from Tony Stark and Rocket Racc00n. But Harry reboots the defeated Sinister Six to fight Spider-Man and the Avengers but Spidey dies and is replaced by Donald Glover.

It is less muddled than the ASM2 plot at least.

Incredible hulk, captain america 1, thor 1 and 2, and ironman 2 &3 were all trash.

I certainly don't think they are perfect but every movie you have named with the exception of Cap 1 and IM3 is better than any spiderman movie.

even then, cap1 and IM3 is levels above Spiderman3.

The truth is Sony and Fox have yet to put out one above average Marvel film.

They can still keep Andrew as Peter just make the new spider for the sinister six be Miles Morales or Ben Reilly ... have them meet Pete and work together in ASM3 and then have them take over in ASM4..

They could easily use Ben and some type of clone angle with all the blood work and etc going on at Oscorp.
