Acquire did the recent Mario & Luigi game that's a Switch exclusive

Spike Chunsoft seems to be active again and localizing games like Bakeru (also Switch) and other niche titles

From will never abandon PC, ever. That would just be foolishness so I don't see how much changes lol

I could see Spike Chunsoft and Acquire being shifted under Aniplex/Sony Music Japan if they break up Kadokawa But i wouldn’t mind some smaller games from them with sony IP like a jak and daxter game.

Digital Foundry makes good points here. The new Fromsoftware game with assistance from Bluepoint and PC porting assistance from Nixxes would be a net positive for them
