Kadokawa has confirmed that it has received a letter of intent from Sony to acquire the company. Kadokawa owns a majority share in FromSoftware, as well as several anime production houses.

Well there it is.It’s obviously bigger than SIE and more important to Sony as a whole because Kadokawa is much more than From.
Apparently a part of why this is happening is to avoid being acquired by a Korean company.
Assuming this goes through, I don’t see much changing though.

probably not a playstation studio but they’d be under SIE like Bungie. They’d most likely leave them alone
So launching a new console that's suppose to be a power increase with no games is ok as long as it isn't at launch.
