Didn’t know Chunky was How you like me baby - so it’s essentially just the retail?

Charlie Brown was unreleased right? There’s an original? I just remember a low quality version floating round

was there any leftovers/unreleased that didn’t make Doe Or Die? Or anything that’s single b-sides or promo tracks that didn’t make it to the retail?

Yeah I saw Pete say his version was the original and Puff stole the idea from him or something like that, which I could quite believe tbh

Do you know any other Pete Unreleased stuff with Ghost or Rae or Anyone else from Wu? I’m blanking atm. Do you have a song called I think Vampire Bats by Rae? Don’t think it’s Pete production though I’ve forgotten who did that
Chunky is identical to the Retail.

Yeah there was an OG of Charlie Brown that was pulled due to Sample Clearances.
(The best sounding version I've found came offa this: Raekwon & Ghostface - R.A.G.U. - Rae And Ghost United)
Ghostface Killah - Charlie Brown (Original Version) (Produced by MF DOOM) (2008) (320 kbps)

AZ mentioned he had 2 or 3 Leftovers off Do or Die for a HipHopDX interview (2010) prior to the 15th Anniversary release. No song names were mentioned. Here is that interview:AZ Reveals Details Of "Doe Or Die: 15th Anniversary Edition" None of the Leftovers made that album. The only tracks not making that album were a couple Remixes released on Singles.

I believe Pete that he came up with the 1st Juicy Beat & Puff Daddy had it Re-Created. (But not by Much!)

Only Unreleased Wu track I can think of right now from Pete was another Future Flavas Remix he did for Cappadonna's Slang Editorial.
Cappadonna - Slang Editorial (Pete Rock Remix) (Future Flavas Show) (1997) (VBR)

Raekwon - Vampire Bats (Produced by Infinite Arkatechz) (DJ Kay Slay) (192 kbps)
I've never been able to fond a NODJ of this. The best version was off an American Cream Team mixtape Kay Slay released titled "Only Built 4 The Trilogy" in '99.

Charlie Brown says it needs a decryption key?

Yeah I didn’t think there was much else out there from Doe Or Die that wasn’t remixes from the singles

That Raekwon joint sounds not bad for 192kbps and not too many tags

Speaking of Raekwon do you happen to have the following tracks?

Black Harrison Ford - I think it’s called that
Weed
Street Mic Mechanic - w No DJ Tags - Could never find a good version of this without some kinda tags

Similar question to Doe Or Die leftovers, do you know of anything that didn’t make the cut for Cormega’s the Realness? All I’ve found that a lot of people seem to overlook is a joint produced by Ayatollah called Take Mine which said it was a B-side to one of the singles but not on the album itself. You wouldn’t happen to have that joint would you?

I find that pretty interesting in itself when it comes to albums I wonder how many dope B-sides are out there that from well known albums that we love that most people haven’t heard because it never made the album or seen any play on radio

On a side note how’s that Biggie Comp coming along?

Raekwon - Weed (Produced by RZA) (J-Love) (2004) (320 kbps)

I think the B-Side / Unreleased Tracks that are unheard by most is pretty common with Hip-Hop especially before the internet. If I didn't have my Source Magazine I woulda never knew the half. Even so...there still was tons of ish you never saw advertised but would show up at the Mom & Pop stores. Nowadays the promotion of Music has changed so much & you're right if it get's no play & isn't on the Retail a lot of people just skim past that ish.

As far as the B.I.G. comp. I'm currently at 356 tracks! I decided to include Instrumentals, Reference Tracks, Remixes & anything else that wasn't included on any of his albums. Probably be another 2 weeks & I will post. With that many Songs I'm gonna haveta break it up into a Part 1, Part 2 etc. Thanks for asking.

That pic of Rae :dead:

356?! Damn I didn’t know there was THAT much material out there.

I knew there was a couple reference tracks floating around that he did for Kim & Junior Mafia, forgot which Kim ref it is now but I always got chuckle hearing Biggie mention his p*ssy in that joint :mjlol:

I think most of the original samples got removed from Ready to Die didn’t they after the retail dropped I think? Im sure it saw a few re-releases over the years with certain samples & instruments removed or re-worked? Would be good to have all those songs in the way the originally dropped

Interested in seeing what you’ve put together anyways

I’m good on the 128’s w clue hooting & hollering :mjlol:

I think those Cam joints I asked you for might have been on the advance of purple haze I’m not sure though maybe they were just cut for samples - can see why the sports centre sample joint got dropped from the album, that probably would have never cleared, good looking out anyways, speaking of the advance would you happen to have that? Just wanting to know if it’s vastly different to the retail is all and if there’s any other tracks on that other than what you upped already, would imagine it might not be too different from what dropped

Didn’t know there was another Version of Royalty either, not heard that one, it’s saying it needs a decryption for that one

Not listened in a while (think they removed it from streaming recently as it wasn’t in Spotify last I checked) but I remember OB4CL2 being quite solid for a sequel album & an album that had multiple delays

I remember there was quite a few bonus songs in diff releases, one of the stand outs I remember being called Rockstars w GZA & I forgot who else was on that I think maybe INS

I know the songs I asked for I think I seen some of some of em on that Claaaa7 from the Wu Corp forums blog that he had, he had put together a version of the album w joints left off for whatever reason, was a pretty solid comp, I had that but lost it, dude had some dope comps in general for Ghostface & other Rappers, the blogs still around but long dead tho so any links are long gone
