@Howard The Duck can you investigate Ma$e - Library of a legend? I was able to find the other Libraries of a Legend series but I think the '$' screwed up the search results for it to be easily found

good luck posting (using their guidelines) to see anyone over there can help you, but if it's some rare hip hop song, idk if they are going to get it if the song isn't already searchable on google at some capacity
you can also try the r/cars sub given that there are many car enthusiasts/lost media footage collectors out there
