Someone said they're old enough to remember drinking Gatorade out of glass bottles, and that hurt my soul.

Thats how my brother got his hand fukked up back in the day as a kid. :picard: he jumped from a park bench in central park with glass bottle in hand and that shyt fell and smashed into his hand. They had to literally pluck the glass and stitch his hand up. They went plastic for a reason barring the forever chemicals and shyt.

This happened back in the mid 90s actually. :yeshrug: you gotta make it to my brother's age and my age though. We been past your age already, youngin. Being old starts to be much appreciated when you know people around you that passed away when they were young in their 20s and teens so :camby: with that shyt

I remember rhe glass bottles because I was always getting crowned by my boys cause we'd get done playing ball and go to the store and they'd all get sodas or some other super sweet drink and I'd always grab a citrus cooler Gatorade, it really did quench your thirst like plain water. Then a couple years later they switched to the plastic squeeze bottles and it seems they added more sugar because all of a sudden everyone was drinking Gatorade. I remember when most ppl complained that it was too bitter so they switched up and got more flavors and it kept getting sweeter and really stopped quenching your thirst. This was around 94-95.

You grew up in the cultural decline. :yeshrug: I aint mad at cha. You can have all those 2000s to yourself. Thats a year and a decade i certainly dont miss. From january 1st 2000 to december 31st, 2009. Its yours. The next decade 2010s, thats gonna have to wait a bit. Im undecided on it. :patrice:
