The whole noname shyt is just a reminder of how spectacularly unequiped some people are for social interactions
-Her ego was too large admit she was wrong
-Her insecurities too big to put herself out there like cole or kendrick
-Her bias too strong to talk about nuanced matters with impartiality
You can be rude or wrong, try not to be both
I knew Fatimah (noname) years ago, she's sweet, and a good writer, but had horrible social skills.
i figured she may have grown out of it since the last time we talked was years ago, but I saw her perform at a charity event last year at the Chicago theater and shes still awkward af.
Twitter really does end up amplifying the voices of a lot people who in real life are bad at dealing with other humans, because being abrasive and outlandish gets you followed and retweeted. Not saying she's a bad person by any means, she's a great open mic poet, and ok rapper who's found an audience of other angry underachievers to rally behind her. She was never going to hold up to the scrutiny of the larger audience that the J Cole situation put on her. I'm shocked she made it a week.
