There is definitely lots of Arab ancestry in some East African countries, especially Eritria and Etheopia

Ethiopian and Eritrian culture goes back WAAAAY further than Arabs.

If anything the first Arabs come from Africans just like everybody else in the world.

Also most Horners are CHRISTIANS(Coptic church) and speak their own languages (Tigrinya and Amharic) so this Arab influence you speak of is minimal.
