They arrogant because their mindset is they dont fear no team. Their job is too win, not make friends and be liked by others.

How about during the 16-0 year repeatedly and unnecessarily running up the score week to week on teams. Even if you make the argument that this is a professional league and you're allowed to run up the score...It still comes off as arrogant. That's just one example.
