A lot of people are talking shyt about Luka's weight and implying that makes him a bad defender, but if you know basketball you can see how he readies himself to ensure that's he's in the right place to stop the play regardless. And what he lacks in top-end speed, he makes up in reaction time IMO.

Yeah the hot takes be crazy:pachaha: Magic wasn't a great defender but Luka is detrimental, a defensive liability that gives minimal effort and is the weak link for his opponents, Boston is literally targeting him on almost every possession. Prime example of stats/analytics misleading context as filling the box score doesn't equal playing championship level or good ball this last game was a glaring example of that.

Literally just staying at home on the shooters and letting Luka have a one on one ball against whoever is out there. Funny enough, KP getting hurt actually improved their defense cause Tillman was hemming Luka up. Luka was abusing KP on switches. Now his best matchup on a switch is Tatum

Boston is really built perfectly. All 5 players on the floor can shoot the ball, handle the rock and play defense
