Breh, you my man a hundred grand but some of the stuff y'all be coming at the Boosters for I don't understand. The Boosters DIDN'T fire Taggart. The FSU admin did. They (the Boosters) didn't force Taggart to be replaced. What the admin did was ensure that if we make this move, and we need "that" do we have "that"? They (big money Boosters) said yes, and the rest is history.

I'm not trying to be a know it all, but I was one of the like the only one's saying if Taggart has to be replaced the money won't be an issue. It was 4-5 pages ago in this thread. Everybody was saying FSU is poor, can't afford it, he's here until 2021 at least because it'll save 4 million plus -- especially Bud and them. People who had that perspective don't really understand the dynamics of Tallahassee, in my opinion.They also didn't understand that if you view someone as incompetent (right or wrong - that was the perception of Taggart by a lot in the admin and player's parents) you just don't keep them around for another year to be incompetent.

All in all, the Boosters aren't running the program. Hopefully, if it's Campbell or one of these dudes and we get back to playing FSU sooner than later.

You also don’t do any of what they’re doing with out a guy locked in and announced shortly afterwards. fukk optics. They do that very same Booster announcement ceremony thing like once or twice a year before a game.Everybody knows that. Taggart wasn't even fired at that point. I can take that as coincidence because I've seen that same ceremony several times already. One of those dudes that's always on the field is Jamie. A dude that literally started working for the Boosters full time in fundraising because our numbers were so low in that area. I guess I don't see them as these shadow figures that wanted Taggart to fail to the tune of 30 millions (including significant amounts of their own), but I get how for for certain media it's more juicy to espouse that view as fact. We'll just have to agree to disagree.

Oh I’m not saying they don’t. Seen it too. But never seen them bring out all The million dollar donors, especially the ones who’ve made a recent donation. The last couple of times I’ve seen it was with Al and only because he donated for the IPF and the football only facility. And even then, they usually bring them out in the end zones and not the fifty.

I wonder what the buyout looks like. He is a Sexton client. As everyone can tell, I’m not on board with this hire. This a bottom of the barrel, scraping for residue hire. Might as well hired Kiffin or Jeff Scott if this is the best that could be done.
