This is spot on. He really hasn't proved himself not only here, but period. He came in as only a two year OC at the FBS level and the entire beat was on some "rising star, won't be here long, etc" nonsense. Too be honest, half of the conversation regarding him was about his hair. These cac males on the beat and in the fanbase just basically had a crush on him.

FSU beat writers are garbage as a whole. Nobody had the scoop on this and now listening to Wake Up Warchant, nothing but negative speculation on Willie's part. Now they all "know" why Walt left, but no one knew he was leaving?? Walt got too many passes this year anyway. Offense wasn't coordinated, that's on the offensive coordinator. And Hugh Freeze is just a name being floated around by the fan base. I don't even think Freeze is a top 3 choice. My only concern is possibly losing Howell this late in the cycle.

Wake Up Warchant so racist lol. The one whiney cracka doesnt even try to hide it. He's literally never said anything positive about Taggart. Corey at least tries to be subjective and offers some perspective, but he shows his true colors too. I didnt even listen to the Walt Bell episode but I knew it would be nothing but negative speculation about Willie. White coaches don't like working for black men. Point blank period.

I'm cool with Walt leaving. My main concern is getting an upgrade at the OC position. To keep it all the way live, I'm cool with any of these fukking coaches leaving . I was so disgusted with the team this year that I did something I've never done before. I stopped watching the UF game in the middle of the shyt, and drove back to Tallahassee from Orlando. I have never stopped watching a game . The only redeeming thing for me personally is that my cousin that got me into FSU as a child wasn't here to witness this bullshyt ass team .

I can't tell anyone else how to be a fan, but the ones that have/share this sentiment are front runners. You had to wait your whole life for FSU to finally have a losing season and when they do, you bask in the fact you "quit" on the team??? Never mind the fact Willie had to throw a staff together and salvage a recruiting class in 20 days. We all hoped for the best in the beginning, but the fact there was a misfire with this staff isn't out of the norm. It feels like Willie's process is accelerated while every other coach gets a year 1 grace period to establish their staff, weight program, culture, etc. But hey, you're ok with the whole staff being fired, team is "bullshyt", etc. Why it take you so long to bounce on the squad? Surely that 3 game losing skid against power houses USF, BC, and GT in '09 had you frustrated. Why didnt you stop watching the Maryland game that year when it took a punt return from Greg Reid to set up a score with 30 seconds left to beat a 2-9 team to keep the streak alive? Surely, FSU limping into the month of November with 3 wins last year had you frustrated, why didn't you take your ball and go home then? Its amazing how THIS year is when the "fans" have had enough with a program that literally call Bowden's last 10 year's the "Lost Decade". The bowl streak stopped being important when they started having 50 of them a year. 41 years without a losing record and fell short by one game (that the refs took from us) and this the thanks the program gets?? Glad to have you in the fanbase, sir.

People support their teams how they see fit, but his response seemed a little accelerated with this staff . "Any one of these coaches" could get the axe after one season for dude. Dude did something he's NEVER done before in his entire fandom on this staff's 12th game . That's a joke. Especially when we all sat and watched this shyt spiral outta control for YEARS and buddy thru with an entirely new staff after 12 games?

Like you said you rode with Bobby during some rough YEARS. I could never say something sideways if a dude supports like that. But 12 games?? 12 games? Sounds like a front runner to me.

I don’t even have a problem with you, but never question my loyalty to the program again. You don’t know me like that, and I guarantee I have more skin in the game than you when it comes to FSU athletics and academics.

If you think that was an acceptable football team we fielded this year, I don’t know what to tell you. We’re never going to agree. The whole energy of the team was off. That was an FAU level team masquerading as an FSU squad. The was the worst, most undisciplined FSU team in the majority of our lifetimes. If Miami or UF looked as bad as we did, we’d think they were hilarious for them giving themselves pep talks and shyt how next season will be different. Oh, I forgot. That’s already happened before, and we already did that. We thought it was hysterical. Remember?

In my current job, I basically meet people from all walks of life in Tallahassee: white, black, poor, rich, middle class, etc. Breh, the overall theme is that this season was a fukking miscarriage. I’ve met grown ass black people that have had season tickets their whole lives that are highly upset with the team Willie fielded, but you’re a better fan, right?

I’m also an equal opportunist with this shyt too. I’ve already told y’all if my mom coached FSU and couldn’t win, I’d want her ass up outta there . I said that LAST off-season in a thread very much like this. I wanted Jimbo gone last year after the team he fielded, and him continuously soliciting offers from other schools.

I get this is your personality or whatever because you do the same thing with Roy or anything Tarheel, related. That’s fine. But, when it comes to me? Sit your ass down somewhere.

ok. Ain't nobody trying to have a pissing contest with you. This shyt is entertainment, don't understand your thesis about your credentials and "skin" in the game you have. Its not all roses and criticism is definitely warranted with this team. But I approach my fandom different than you do. I'm a fan of FSU Football.....not fan of "good" FSU Football or "bad" FSU Football....but FSU FOOTBALL! Excuse me if my draws don't get in a bunch over simple shyt. You can mock my positive outlook about UNC Basketball as well. But at the end of the day, these are kids playing football for free for our entertainment. If I'm a fan, the least I owe these kids out there risking it all is my support. Be disgusted. Be invested. Voice your opinion. Just dont understand why after these 12 games you've reached your boiling point? Like I mentioned, this program has given you plenty of opportunity to bounce before. JaMarcus Shepard from Purdue to replace Kelly, Tony Pecoraro at LB coach, move Woodie to special teams with maybe an outside LB coaching title. Part of me want Willie to get a proven name at OC, but part of me also want him to go with someone familiar like Mike Sanford or Shaun King since they already know what he wants and they're natural fits with him.
