Everything I've heard outta camp about Hockman has been underwhelming. Also, on the topic of QB's, there seems to be a lot of smoke about Sam Howell being close to committing to FSU. I'm glad FSU is in early on a QB, but I would most definitely prefer Taisun or Daniels over Howell. If it's true about him being close to committing, I hope Willie and staff tell him to hold off until they get a chance to have him and the other targets throw for them in camp.

I personally don't have a preference although I like Howell's film/competition more than I like Taisun's. Heard he lit it up playing with some south florida nikkas at the Adidas 7 on 7 this weekend.
Daniels is their/my #1 but I dont think he leaves the westcoast.
I heard Howell wants to be the only QB taken at whatever school he chooses though
Yeah, I heard Howell was balling this weekend too. Also heard Taisun was erratic this weekend at the New Jersey Opening regional. Either way, I'd be fine with whoever they're going to take. I just would like them to not end their search in the spring (if the rumors are true that Howell is all but ready to commit at or after the spring game) and wait until they get these kids to throw for them in camp.

Just looked at his highlights. Nothing like JJ or Maguire. He's an athlete. Looks like a baby Tebow.
Jayden Daniels is my personal favorite, but I'm cool with Howell.
I have no idea if Howell will be good or not but he's a way better prospect than JJ and Maguire. I seriously have no idea why those two were even recruited to FSU

If they do, they’ll probably take a kid who’s got what they want but isn’t highly ranked. If not, maybe another top flight guy. Heard this a bad year for QBs tho
