When the PATRIOT ACT and FISA were implemented, and the recent TSA screening methods, you'd hear these fukkers say "it's not worth giving up our rights for the illusion or possibility of safety" or arguments along those lines.

But when some localized random shootings occur? They are the first one begging for politicians to crip walk on the Constitution.

Have you even read the second amendment :heh:

I'm assuming no. Read it then quote me.

I was in the process of quoting it here when I read this post.

A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed

The 2nd amendment says nothing about the right to have unregulated unfettered access to AR-15's. Type is smart, but this thread is dumb.

Weapons for self-defense, hunting and militia forming are essential components of a true democracy and enforcing one's rights.

Why do you need to defend yourself?

Whens the last time you went hunting in non BDU's?

Militias are essentially illegal now as well. Also what purpose do they serve?

I've read it but more importantly I understand the connotations associated with its interpretation from the people who originally wrote it and for the Supreme Court's ruling on the interpretation under the so called "individual rights". Please try harder to duck my original point with this absurd line of questioning.

I hear spouting imaginary generalisations about imaginary groups of people makes you look smart dude... :heh:

Okay friend, I'm making it all up.

I was in the process of quoting it here when I read this post.

Actually it does, according to the people who wrote the damn thing and the Supreme Court. Sorry friend, the only dumb being displayed here is your ignorance to the law.

I got friend in North-Central Florida and Georgia and I try to go hunting once or twice a year, as well as camping. Its important.

Why is it important?

Also I rewrote my first post.

I love going camping and hike a few mountains a year.
I've never thought to myself hey buddy why don't you bring your rifle that can hit targets at 800 meters away.

Equating the Patriot Act with gun control is pretty absurd as well.
