That fake punt is probably something that they automatically run if they see the punt coverage has a certain look; I think the Chiefs only had 10 men on the field so it was a very calculated risk. Dan Campbell did the same thing at around the same area on the field the first game of the season vs the Chiefs

Josh Allen tried to throw a pick like 3 times at the end, fumbled and got it back, had that ridiculous Hardman fumble on the drive that would have ended the game and they still ended up losing.
