:dahell:

Yeah they don’t play man.

They have an Arab mentality in the sense that they never ever wanna see their women being smutted or carrying herself in a way that reflects poorly on the rest of the community.

It's actually the other way around. Arabs got this mentality from Africans. Go look up where "female genital mutilation" originated. It was in Ancient Egypt. And the countries that practice it the most are "Sub-Saharan" African countries. Also it's not just Muslims in Africa but also Christians in Ethiopia and Eritrea as well as people with traditional African religions like the Maasai and Samburu.

Women being sexually pure is actually an African custom the Arabs adopted rather than the other way around.

But that’s not why she got beat

She got beat because she showed the top of her head

You really think her showing her hair is more problematic than that tight dress showing off her body?

The head scarf isn't about hiding hair but about sexual modesty. There's actually no verse in the Quran that says women should cover their hair. The Quran only says women should dress modestly. People have just interpreted covering the hair to be modest because it was the culture back then. Similar to how nuns in Christianity also cover their hair.

A kiss in the cheek turns into a blow job in the bathroom in a few years. It's called mitigating risk.
That blow job going to happen regardless nikka, if you raised that type of child.

They just won’t do it in front of snitches

Switching schools because of a kiss not gonna deter none of that. Beating your sisters ass because of a scarf didn’t deter her from dancing online… she still had a scarf off in another video and was still dancing

Was the clothes the reason he beat his sister up like a bongo drum?

What modesty a head wrap gonna bring?

It's funny how yall are unwilling to accept the truth that small things can lead to bigger things down the road. You don't think our culture that says it's cool to have premarital sex has any effect on how many single mothers and children born out of wedlock we have? Versus a conservative Islamic society which says you can only have sex after marriage? You think there's rampant single mothers and children born out of wedlock in Muslim countries?

Little things can lead to big things. You might think punishing a girl for kissing a boy on the cheek is excessive. But it's about reinforcing a standard of sexual purity until marriage. You think it's weird because in western culture the idea of sexual purity until marriage has been completely thrown out the window.

Religious people have a right to enforce their belief systems on their children. It's in their book for a reason. Just because you don't believe in God's word doesn't mean they need to as well.

It was because she sexualized herself. The tight dress, the dance moves, doing it on video for men to look at. All those factors were at play.

The key is Muslims believe in sexual modesty. Anything you do to sexualize yourself is seen as haram. She not only dressed in a sexually provocative manner (according to their culture) but she also danced in front of a camera in a sexually suggestive manner for the world to see.

Just because we live in a modern day Sodom and Gomorrah doesn't mean the rest of the world does too. That video looked harmless to you because our culture has become so degenerate here in the West.

It’s you and yours truth, not mines

My fam wasn’t out here “dressing provocative” and getting knocked up in HS like you suggested.. they got knocked up to men they got married to

And I didn’t have to beat their ass black and blue for it. My pops didn’t have to beat their ass black and blue for it. My other brothers didn’t have to beat their ass black and blue for it.

Who said small shyt can’t lead to big shyt? We not taking kids out of school for a gotdamn kiss on the cheek. I got kissed on the cheek a lot in HS, I wasn’t trying to get head from them in a bathroom :mjlol: . I wasn’t knocking any bytches up in HS. It’s called raising people to be responsible adults. Not punishing them for being human.

One cat also said that same chick was supposedly married off (or betrothed or whatever you call it) to some dude after her brother got his ass beat for beating on his sister at school. Is marrying preteens off normal in your culture too?

Maybe not you but you can't deny America has a problem with children being born out of wedlock as well as sexually transmitted diseases. In conservative Islamic countries they don't have that issue. Women stay virgins until they get married and have children with their husband in wedlock.

I'm talking societal level consequences here not individual.

I didn't look at what they said. It's called common sense. If she simply took a picture for only her family to see with only her face and hair showing do you think she would have been attacked? Obviously no. It was a combination of her sexualizing herself to an audience.

America and every culture in it has this issue.

Other cultures overseas has this issue as well. I’m not Somali and never been, but if they don’t have this particular issue.. great. I’m sure they got other issues or they wouldn’t be trying to come over here in the first place if they could.

I looked at what they said though. They were saying it was over her hair showing… it’s common sense that no man I know of is trying to fukk some hair.

I don’t even find the chick attractive myself, and they didn’t have issues with the vids she took before and after of her dancing.
