plus the show is just so mean spirited. the simpsons had edgy humor but it also had a ton of heart. the characters can be dumb and stupid but they all have redeeming qualities. homer is a buffoon but he is kind hearted person that loves his family. bart is a misfit and a troublemaker but DOES have a conscience.

family guy doesn't have any of that. all of the characters are a$$holes. peter griffin treats his daughter like shyt. well okay... what part of that are we supposed to find funny? haha he's a bad father? haha he doesn't care about his daughter? why is this angle being played for laughs? i don't know if i have the answer to that right now, but regardless it's not something i would wanna expose my children too.

Haven't watched The Simpsons in like 10 years. Crossover was alright but nothing I'm going to watch again. Hank Scorpio, the plane scene, the Kool Aid scene and Roger were the best parts. American Dad is better than everything else on that lineup and it's sad that it good booted over to TBS due to Border Town which looks garbage and will last all of 1 season.

FG fell the fukk off after 2007, the last consistantly funny season was the one where the Patroits were on the show and Stewie had shot Brian for his money lmao. The show was just so fukkin funny up until that point. The randomness was amazing and that was the reason it was hilarious. They started trying too hard with the jokes, Stewie became gayish insted of the psycho baby, Peter became retarded insted of just kind of dumb, and most of their jokes started to go towards current events instead of the randomness. Like how random it was for this giant bug to actually be the arsonist.
