I don't like how bart bytched up at the end when he had nelson tied up by stewie. Bart could've deaded the bullying once and for all.

But that's the difference in character breh: Despite Bart being a troublemaker he is, in his own words, a petty thug. He's not a criminal. Anytime he's done something slightly criminal, like stealing that video game, his conscience gets to him and he regrets it and asks for forgiveness. Bart isn't a sociopath, Stewie is

Nothing great or memorable, but I got a few laughs. :manny:

The first 5 minutes reminded me why I stopped watching FG years ago. :scust:
FG fell the fukk off after 2007, the last consistantly funny season was the one where the Patroits were on the show and Stewie had shot Brian for his money lmao. The show was just so fukkin funny up until that point. The randomness was amazing and that was the reason it was hilarious. They started trying too hard with the jokes, Stewie became gayish insted of the psycho baby, Peter became retarded insted of just kind of dumb, and most of their jokes started to go towards current events instead of the randomness. Like how random it was for this giant bug to actually be the arsonist

Or Peter hitting Meg with the bat

Or the 3D Michael Jackson

lmao

after watching this episode i'm not even sure if i would let my children watch family guy tbh. too mature i think. and seeing the simpsons in that light was kind of bizarre.

all in all it was okay. not great, not terrible.

how old are your kids?

lol i don't have any yet.

just putting myself in the mindstate of someone that does. eventually i do plan on being a father and i couldn't imagine exposing my kids to family guy. not sure what the right age would be. 9-10 maybe? when you could actually explain things to them in a way they could understand?

Family Guy is a bit rough...When I have kids I wouldn't let them watch it until probably 12-13; Especially the later seasons where the humor gets real nasty

plus the show is just so mean spirited. the simpsons had edgy humor but it also had a ton of heart. the characters can be dumb and stupid but they all have redeeming qualities. homer is a buffoon but he is kind hearted person that loves his family. bart is a misfit and a troublemaker but DOES have a conscience.

family guy doesn't have any of that. all of the characters are a$$holes. peter griffin treats his daughter like shyt. well okay... what part of that are we supposed to find funny? haha he's a bad father? haha he doesn't care about his daughter? why is this angle being played for laughs? i don't know if i have the answer to that right now, but regardless it's not something i would wanna expose my children too.

Homer hitting Peter with the Emmys had me dying too
