Nah, it was what both shows needed. The Simpsons got their viewers back thanks to the FXX marathon and Family Guy got theirs back too with this. I think this choice was more about bringing fans back to watching the shows again. Peter and Homer said it best, their separated by a half hour of

I don't know what the fukk everyone is talking about because Brooklyn 99 is one of the best comedies on tv...they must have written that joke before Brooklyn 99 got moved to Sunday night

Oh thats right, Brooklyn 99 is after the SimpsonsBut when the show was being developed idk if Brooklyn 99 had the spot at the moment. A lot of the shows that came on after the Simpsons never really lasted. Like the cartoon with Jonah Hill

I don't remember what they had at..oh it was Cleveland Show for a while and then it was something else once that got cancelled. Actually I think they started running the simpsons for a full hour and then family guy and then American Dad. Bob's Burgers used to be at 830 (which I love) but then they moved that to 730

-every episode has been:

-stupid storyline
- 28638276871 cut away scenes that eats up time so that the writers dont have to think of shyt
characters talk then "this reminds me of the time that blah blah blah"
-then cut away to some random shyt for 2 mins



i remember when they damm near played some Conway Twitty songs all the way through in more than 1 episode

hell they would cut away to a music video for like 3 dam mins and shyt


show is so fukking lazy and wack

its really meh... i only watch it cause its like one of the few adult humor cartoons i'll let my niece watch. Its more of a take it or leave it cartoon.

Nah for some of them I guessed and got right but most of them I just knew. the one I got wrong was something about the Lisa goes to Washington episode.

Like for instance, the question about Patty and Selma and Jay Sherman, I did process of elimination just thinking about the episode and what Jay Sherman would say and because its the simpsons it would be esoteric. Elton John already came out of the closet at that point, so did John Waters, the episode wouldn't mention Ellen because she wasn't Ellen yet so that left one person. And I own every damn season of the show from 1-10 or 1-11 so I've seen most of these at least twice plus I got a photographic memory so it's a cheat
