I really don't understand the situation or what they're arguing. is there an article on this that explains it without a bunch of snarky new-speak?

basically that the ban will hurt minority owned businesses

an interesting position because one would think that supporting these bsuinesses by buying soda would directly negatively affect minority health. and for the record i think the bans ridiculous, but at the same time we need to do something about this fat fukkin country and this is about the smallest type of step you can take :snoop:

The NCAAP makes a fair point about this affecting Black businesses but it's very strange when this is issue is the issue they make a stink about. This isn't even in the top 10 of issues affecting the Black Community. What about Black on Black Violence, Unemployment, the Drug Game, White on Black Violence, Brown on Black Violence, Police Brutality, AIDS, Blacks in Entertainment and a myriad of bigger issues. This is why I don't respect the NCAAP as a national organization. Locally they're cool but their main branch is fukked up.
