You really want to already know all this stuff in your teens, but for older adults, 30+, they are aging, simple as that. Black people get by better because they have more natural protections against signs of aging but the real "black don't crack" people have been taking care of their skin since they were young.
So put simply, you always want to be moisturizing your skin, you ALWAYS want to be wearing sunscreen when you go outside, and if older, you want to be targeting fine lines with topical treatments before they become a too pronounced for topical treatments.
