It always ends the same for these guys that force trades. Cp3, Melo, Dwight, Love, none of them will win anything
I can sense the anger from this post

Melo caught shyt long before the Knicks started sucking.....it just wasn't as pronounced til JR Smith was chucking 20 3's a game,Amare and Felton were and Chandler was playing like shyt.
It wasn't that he wanted a trade, it was that he forced a trade to a specific team.
That forced trade only added weight to the reality that Carmelo is the ultimate selfish player.
nikka pleaseI mean he has. Somewhat. Not as much as a Carmelo or a Dwight but he has gotten some scruitny.
I must have missed all that b/c they basically celebrated the move in the media. I am really not seeing a big difference between the reaction to both situations.
Has everything to do with it
ESPN beat their dikks to it, simply because a star player moved to the biggest media market to join with what was Amare to instantly be a contender to win the East.... but plenty of people shyt on Carmelo for forcing a trade to a specific place.
But that forced trade validated everything ever uttered about Carmelo being a selfish cancer.
Plenty of people are shytting on Love for not getting to the playoffs or playing D including his former owner. ESPN is beating their dikks to him joining Bron. Whats the difference?
The difference is how this trade came about
- The T'Wolves owner and FO gave zero fukks about getting to the playoffs...much less fielding a team that would win games.
- This same owner/FO effectively spit in his face when it came to his future with the franchise....and made it clear building around him was not going to be in the works.
- They got rid of Al Jefferson, who's a top 5 center.
- drafted Jonny Flynn,Derrick Williams, and Wesley Johnson
- Ricky Rubio was chosen to be the player the franchise wanted to give fukks about.... a guy who can't shoot and doesn't even average 10 points a game.
if you take LeBron out of the equation, nobody would shyt on Kevin Love for wanting out of a place that doesn't try to build, doesnt win, drafts horribly, and makes fukking awful roster moves.
Now I am confused. Are u saying Love is getting some criticism or not? Are u saying he was justified in manuevering out of Minny or not. My only point has been that Melo nor Dwight or Cp3 really caught shyt like that so really whats the basis here? I willbe the first to call out inconsistency or that privilege but I aint seein it here.
