I take it you haven't been paying attention just blindly slurping Kov.
Kovalev is the one who said it nikka. Hence me mocking the dumb ass idea of doing so.
Then he went on to lose every single round after the 6th per 2 of 3 the judges' scorecards & 5 of the next 6 on the last judge's card
How does Kovalev's camp story make more sense to you than Ward's? Think about it a little, unbiasedly. He didn't. Team Ward reached out to him beginning of the year and tried to pry him away from Team KRUSHER. Ultimately JDJ stayed loyal to his fighter.

Yeah I was legit surprisedFroch said he couldn't beat Ward on the outside and that he was too fast and skilled. So were y'all surprised that KKK was beating Ward on the outside (which surprised me) Ward really didn't turn the tide until he started infighting. Kovalev really is a great boxer (no matter how much we hate him lol) so brehs if KKK can semi-neutralize Ward inside game he can pull it out. I'm pulling for Ward to win but thats one of the things I dnt see y'all talk about a lot. What's y'all opinion on that?
I believe he is going to go out there and try to kill Ward and it will get himself fukked up in the process.
You think JDJ really wouldn't have told to his own fighter that the other side looked him up with an offer?Oh I get it man. And I addressed the optics of the situation already. But I don't think JDJ would compromise both his own integrity and that of his position as a boxing trainer by defecting like that. That would've been career suicide. What seems more realistic is Team Ward trying to gain a competitive advantage and play some mind games prior to a big rematch of a fight 85% of the boxing community felt he didn't deserve to win. But, to each it's own.
Sure about that bruh? Cuz I think we might see that very scenario you outlined happen to Ward...
“[A knockout] is a possibility,” Hunter said. “I’ve only trained Andre to purposefully knock out somebody twice – the first one was Chad [Dawson], the second one was this one. I never trained him to knock anybody out, but those two I did. Only twice have we changed strategy to stop somebody.” “Me knowing Andre’s mindset and how he approaches things, I told him that we’ll train for a knockout,” Hunter said. “It doesn’t mean it’s going to come, but we’ll train for it. It’ll be quite evident in the fight. - See more at: Virgil Hunter: Ward Was Trained to Knock Out Kovalev This Time - Boxing News

I'm not the one ducking the avi bet.

JDJ came with his story after Ward's side dropped it in. Kovalev didn't know about all that until Ward's side came out with the story. Then JDJ put up his best juelz gif on and tried to spin it sonehow. It's an obvious damage control imo.
And maybe he has things to lose but honestly how much...? He is with a man who openly disrespects him as a coach and thinks he is inferior compared to jim because of his race.
