I don't get why when I save the speed to what I want (example the last .gif) and then I upload it to Photobucket, the motion gets faster than what I originally wanted...

i got a portable version of photoshop and whenever i try to hit 'import video frames to layers' it says "could not complete the video frames to layers command because DynamicLink is not available" anybody know how i can get DynamicLink. (Already updated my quicktime, it's not my antivirus either)
