There is not going to be a World War 3. Just theater on smaller stages that the big boys have an economic or financial stake in.

World War 3 would last an hour...there would be a few bright flashes of light the likes of which the world has never seen. And then a 10,000 year naptime with the most beautiful silence never heard. The end.
