I think guys are underselling Batman. The Batman Who Laughs proves that Bruce can become a multi-universal threat if he had enough prep time. It took several forces/concepts of the omniverse to stop him. And all this shyt is canon

Lol, this is what I'm talking about. I like Batman as a character. A lot. However, this type of nonsense from fans, and writers on occasion, is what causes non stans to have issues with him. I don't even mind him being able to punch above his weight class at times, as that's a part of who he is. But this "he can beat anyone with prep time" stuff sours a lot of non Batman obsessives on him.
