I'd fukk the shyt out of Ronda Rousey
Funny thing too, is that his second choice in that Games of Thrones chic was gone be my initial choice for Capt Marvel. He's an evil villain, but a wise evil villain. Which makes him even more dangerous.
She looks like a dude in a wiglol feel the same.
Can't find the article but I thought I saw a headline a couple weeks ago promoting Brie Larson as a good match.
Not feeing her either. lol
yea im glad i asked cause i never seen this emily blunt chick. i tried watching edge of tomorrow months ago but i ended falling asleep like 20 minutes into because of high i was ...ima give it another shot just to watch emily in action
I guess being in movies means you got acting chops now. I mean every role she's had at bassically boiled down too " she can kick ass" which is true, but you need to actually be able to act if your going to be in the starring role in a movie like this.I so want dont rousey getting it, facebook said she had ACTING chops. im like: bytch has barely little lines in any movie she was in....
That list sucks dikk and is immediately disqualified for having Jennifer Lawrence at the #1 spot like she isn't already tied to a successful comic book movie franchise and then follows it up with that pasty faced Emma Stone at #2. And even including that white bread chick from Orange is The New Black is just stupid.Latest article about possibilities of playing Captain Marvel
9 Actresses I Think Could Play Captain Marvel
Captain Marvel is one of the many movies set to appear in Marvel Studio's Phase 3 of it's MCU. With it's leading lady, Carol Danvers, yet to be cast for the role I decided to take my pick of some actresses that I think could play Captain Marvel.
1. Jennifer Lawrence
Jennifer Lawrence is a fan favourite amongst many for the role of Carol, including myself and it is no surprise why. Jennifer Lawrence is a talented actresses, young enough to be able to stay in the MCU for a long time and has experiences in franchises and the super-hero genre.
Plus, if she gets her blonde locks back on, she can definitely pull off Carol's look as well as being able to play her as a strong character with ease.
The only downside to this choice is that Lawrence has stated she doesn't want to do any more franchise movies for awhile.
Maybe they could sort something out?
2. Emma Stone
Like Jennifer Lawrence, Emma Stone is also a fan favourite for Carol and again this includes myself. Emma Stone is another one of the many talented actresses on this list who has many experiences in acting and can pull off the leading lady role and she also has experience in franchises and the super-hero genre.
With her facial features very similar to some of the many forms of Carol to appear and by going back to her natural blonde hair, she would have this role in the bag.
The only downside to this casting choice is that she is already heavily associated with the character, Gwen Stacy, who she played in the Amazing Spider-Man films and Sony may decide they want to use her to play Spider-Gwen but that's a discussion for another time.
3. Claire Danes
While Claire Danes may not be the most obvious choice out of the many actresses, I still believe she could play a great Carol. She definitely has the look of a Carol in her thirties, she has the acting capabilities and she can definitely pull of being the leading lady.
Also, she has past experience with a some of the current MCU actors, Robert Downey Jr, Paul Rudd, Josh Brolin and Charlie Cox so she would be able to hold her own in such a wide cast in Infinity War.
4. Lauren Cohan
Lauren Cohan has been mentioned by fans but so far hasn't seemed to be among the overall fan favourites but I reckon she could play a spectacular Carol. Lauren Cohan is best known for her role as Maggie Greene in the The Walking Dead and from her performance in TWD. she has shown she definitely has the acting ability.
Trade in her short, brunette hair for long, blonde locks and she definitely has Carol's look down and landing this role would definitely get her bigger in Hollywood and land some big roles.
The only issue with her is probably finding time to film two/three movies as well as filming The Walking Dead (if she survives the upcoming season) but I'm sure if Marvel really wanted her, they could work something out.
5. Natalie Dormer
Natalie Dormer is definitely one of the more popular choices and with Carol's look down and her clear acting talent as seen in Game of Thrones and the other shows she has been in, it's no wonder she is a fan favourite, which includes myself.
Natalie Dormer is probably one of the best choices on here, she's a fresh actress and similar to that of Lauren Cohan, this role could give her the rise to fame.
But there would be a couple of issues with her being cast. The major one would be her appearance in Captain America: The First Avenger as Private Lorraine but that could be easily fixed with a throwaway line in Infinity War as she turns to Cap and says "My Great Grandmother kissed you." or something along those lines.
Beside, it's not the first time Marvel has used an actor for a different role then the one he was in previously...
I'm looking at you Enver Gjokaj!
So, it's probably an easy fix when it comes to that situation or something along those lines. The second issue would probably be her status in Game of Thrones if they were to pick her but similar to Lauren Cohan, if Marvel wanted her, they'd work it out.
6. Rosamund Pike
Rosamund Pike has been launched into much bigger roles since her taking on the role of Amy in Gone Girl last year and she does seem like a good competitor for the role of Carol Danvers.
She is a great actresses with a good range, she can hold on her own and she also has experience with an upcoming MCU actor, Martin Freeman, when they appeared in The World's End together as brother and sister.
Plus she has the look for Carol as well, with her blonde hair and facial features, she seems a clear choice for Carol.
7. Emma Watson
Emma Watson got her big break with the role of Hermione Granger in the Harry Potter films and has been doing well ever since, proving that she is a completely capable and talented actress.
She could pull off the look of Carol if she dyed her hair and as she showed in The Bling Ring, she is capable of doing an American accent as well.
Plus with the only thing she is currently filming being Disney's live action Beauty and the Beast film, they could definitely fit the Marvel movies into her schedule.
She could definitely put the beauty (see what I did there?) and the talent into the role.
8. Taylor Schilling
Taylor Schilling doesn't have too many acting credits but all the same she has shown she is very talented, especially with her performance in the original Netflix series, Orange is the New Black as the main character, Piper Chapman.
While she is more petite then Carol Danvers is, using some clever camera tricks I'm sure they could figure it out (Maybe put on some heels like Downey?) but aside from that, she has the look down pack.
Plus, I think Schilling would bring a fresh twist to the character if she were to potray her on the big screen.
9. Billie Piper
The final actresses on my list is Billie Piper, who has only appeared in television, her most well known roles being Rose Tyler in Doctor Who and Hannah in Secret Diary of a Call Girl.
She is still quite an actresses even though she hasn't appeared on the silver screen as of yet. She can definitely pull off the look of Carol and can bring the strength to her character that she has for so many of her previous roles.
Plus, her schedule is currently clear so she could easily be in the role.
So, that concludes my list of actresses I think could play Captain Marvel and I'll see you around.
- It's Just Woody
Only one on this list I'm feeling is Claire Danes.
I can see them now talking about diversity when it's just more CACsFeige has definitively said it will definitely be Carol Danvers in the movie so don't hold your breath for a darky.
Oh and, her and Rhodey
Heard she is going to be in Dr. Strange. Don't think they specified the role.Hasn't Rachel McAdams been meeting with Marvel recently? She is the right look/age for the character.

The problem is that white women are as visible as white men in the media. A non white woman in a lead role for a super hero flick, plus Black Panther getting his own movieShe's a woman that's the diversity angle here. Plus BP comes out directly before this so they will be looking good in that respect when this drops.
You know now that I think about it Marvel do need more diversity among their women. They got Wasp, Scarlet Witch, about to add Wasp possibly and then Carol Danvers? That's just a bunch of basic white bytches, that could be problematic. The problem is that white women are as visible as white men in the media. Is that confirmed? Because there was talk a few years ago about Vin Diesel's meetings with Marvel being for a role in the Avengers sequel when he was really signing on to do the voice of Groot in GOTG. Could be the same thing with McAdams.Heard she is going to be in Dr. Strange. Don't think they specified the role.
