This is the new normal... I wouldn't expect unemployment to get under 8 til like 2020

This is a little pessimistic. I think it very well could be likely that we don't hit full employment until 2020, but it is likely we dip below 8% unemployment by the end of next year. Credit is beginning to loosen again, new housing starts are increasing, and interest rates will remain low at least through mid 2015. We're recovering, but it is very tepid.

the economy is recovering but the jobs aren't going to open up significantly until the baby boomers retire or most likely, die and that's maybe a decade or two away and thats being conservative, its going to be closer to 30 years.
