By the claims y'all are making, this would automatically be the #1 priority of every scientist, the #1 priority of every military, and the #1 priority of every government. But it's damn near irrelevant and needs the fukking Blink-182 frontman to run a multimillion dollar publicity claim to make anything happen. That directly contradicts all your silly bullshyt about supposed "experts" you don't even want to quote.

No it wouldn't because they are powerless to observe and recreate. Placing the phenomena outside of the scientific method. So yes, of course they will laugh at it...what else can they do?

This is where the rigidness of science hinders scientist. If they can't observe and recreate, it didn't happen.

On top of that, the government has locked the majority of the scientific out of the research on ufos and alien life. Can't get funding so it would be necessary for them to depend upon people like the sponsor you note.

No true. Even if there is life forms in other galaxies the likelihood their living 1000x years in the future as far as tech goes is some TV shyt

:russ: what? Are you saying earth is the oldest planet in all of creation? It's not possible that before earth was even formed there were planets billions of years old?

I mean this is BASIC logic. Requires no great leaps of faith.

I always thought that nondisclosure was a selfish thing and an out right deception and lie. But look at some of the responses in this thread from a very small sample size! And the usual Jesus heads haven't even checked the thread yet lol.

People are losing their minds and having their foundations shaken. Imagine this on a global scale lol.

Well, Luis Elizondo, the guy who is pushing this entire new craze and who claims to have been the head of their whole program, says he quit because the government wasn't taking UFOs seriously.

So do you trust him or no? Cause if you don't trust him.....why believe anything he says?

Except they've already determined it's glare, dumbass. :mjlol: The question was whether the glare was rotating independently or whether it was rotating due to the rotation of the mechanism.

Again, if you're gonna bytch about experts and claim that all your proof lies in the strength of your experts, then you need to explain why the VAST majority of actual experts laugh when you bring up this shyt. And you need to explain why you prefer the word of a few experts over the word of the vast majority.

By the claims y'all are making, this would automatically be the #1 priority of every scientist, the #1 priority of every military, and the #1 priority of every government. trash argument. something not being a priority doesnt negate its existence or the multiple account of pilots seeing unexplained aerial phenomena... and its apparently important enough that that the pentagon is is about to release a report explaining to the public there are unidentified objects flying around.:unimpressed:

@Rhakim how about you lay down your angle and why? I'm trying to remember if you're a Bible thumper?

You're going VERY hard in here to discount ufos. Something even the government who has a policy of nondisclosure are giving up on..

Exactly what are you invested in that the acknowledgement of alien beings threatens?
this is the dumbest part of his argument, why would the government release this report unprompted if there was no validity to it

"Acknowledgement of alien beings" wouldn't threaten anything. That hasn't happened nor is it going to happen, nor would it be affected by something I write on a message board lol.

Yes it does! New religions would pop up and old ones would die. On top of that, how can a government control its citizens when/if they can contact a superior entity which has global reach? Not even going into if the aliens drop gems on life and show us how we're cows on a farm. Aliens will destroy the society someone is getting very fat off of.

I used to be really into UFOs as a kid. Then I was trained as a physicist and even interned at NASA. I like using the scientific method and my own fukking brain. I debunk false shyt. Look at the Flat Earth threads. Look at the 911 Truther threads. Look at the anti-vaxx threads. Look at the Hebrew Israelite threads. Any time people make wild claims, I evaluate the evidence and respond accordingly

Ah...the arrogance of man! "I'm educated and knowledgeable so if I can't explain it, it isn't real." Which requires such a person to declare they know everything. If they do not know everything, then to take a heavy stance on something they know nothing about is ignorance. Better to just say, "I don't know".

The government isn't going to "acknowledge alien beings". The government isn't going to "reveal alien technology". The government isn't going to "admit they recovered an alien craft". That isn't happening., because none of it has ever happened. All that's going to happen is more arguing about blurry dots on a screen. Same shyt y'all have been lapping up for almost 100 years now, despite all our technology and advancement and cameras so powerful they can read license plates from space....the best evidence you can come up with remains blurry dots on a screen.

You maybe right in they won't acknowledge anything, but there's a war in various sectors with some pro and some con. Remains to be seen who wins. What I've heard is that the pro have won and there's supposed to be some BOMBS dropped this year. But things change so who knows.

You're wrong in that they've never recovered or made contact with alien species tho. Where do you think alot of this innovation comes from? Humans have been anatomically correct and the same for 250,000 years...and only in this last 100 years...have we thought of what we see today? We've had the same brain...THE SAME BRAIN for 250,000 years and only in the last 100 years we've done all this.

Humans from the future are basically alien.

Both theories would require time manipulation, so neither is more plausible than the other. Humans from the future is only more plausible by those who refuse to entertain the almost certainty of other life in the universe. Particularly flat earthers...who are scrambling to get from behind the eight ball and :jbhmm::gladbron: "they're just from future flat earth. So as we said there are no other planets."

I never said that. Was their not millions of species that were on earth before humans? How many of those species have evolved to the point of having the brain power to even create the most basic tech?

:russ: that's a great point I didn't catch.

We don't see them releasing video on unicorns or Santa Claus. So why are they even discussing this "foolishness". These aren't civilians releasing video, this is the military and last I checked they're not into games.

The fact the people are saying if the government, military or scientists didn't say it, it didn't happen, is funny to me..

That's a great question :sas1:? And also part of this whole alien thing. Or do you think Moses built all these megaliths around the planet?

Do you think those biblical characters who lived 900 years walked around in sandals riding donkeys for 900 years?
