Please please please brehs in Florida and Georgia. Spread the word down there and try to get people to vote. Especially those who may have never voted before. Cause you know white voters will come out in doves against them especially since Abrams & Gillums' opponents are Trump backed bigots.

First up. Georgia Governor nominee Stacey Abrams. 44 years old. Former Democratic leader of the Georgia House of Representatives. Masters Degree in Public Affairs, Law degree from Yale and a former lawyer. Doesn't look like she's married or have children. If someone knows the opposite then feel free to correct.

Her website and where she stands on the issues:
Stacey's Vision for Georgia | Stacey Abrams for Governor

Next, Florida Governor nominee Andrew Gillum. 39 years old. Current mayor of Tallahassee. At 23 years old he was the youngest person elected to the city commission. First in his family to graduate college. Bachelor's Degree from Florida A&M.

His website and where he stands on the issues:
Issues - Andrew Gillum for Governor

His wife and children:

The turnout on the Republican primary side in Florida was much higher than the Democratic turnout. It's going to take everything come November.

I think they'll pull independents but I really really want the black vote to be at an all time high. The only reason Roy Moore lost that Senate spot was because black people had a high vote turnout.

Ol boy has NO chance in Florida. I took one look at the good ol boy he’s running against and already saw the outcome. Plus he’s got that Trump co-sign and already make a statement that went something like “let’s keep Florida great”, basically the way it is.

Nah it’s a wrap

He has a chance but some of his policies might be to progressive for Florida but it’s a toss up right now depending on the debates and campaign it can go either way

Won't happen. You guys don't realize just how many of these cacs really support Trump and his white supremacist agenda. For every cac who openly supports him there is 10,000 more who secretly do but will deny it if asked.

Remember all the polls showing how badly Hilary was about to destroy Trump and yet even the white women, who Hilary supposedly had in the bag, overwhelmingly voted Trump. You guys keep thinking these cacs are coming around or thinking that the majority of them can't all be racist Trump supporters if you want to. Even if you rally 1000 white folks to your cause of voting like you, more than half of them are still going to vote for the white candidate over a black one any day of the week.

The Florida Trump republican pick Desantis got almost twice as many votes as the brotha Andrew got in his Dem runoff. You telling me all those white Dems who either didn't vote, or voted against the brotha are going to suddenly vote for the brotha now over the white pick, even if he is Republican? i don't think so. Florida would literally cut itself off like that cartoon gif and drift away before it lets a black progressive be it's leader

If Stacey gets rural Black people out to vote she wins. And if she doesn’t she will lose, but it’ll be less than 5 points. GA got a shyt load of rednecks, but it’s more than enough Black folks and added to the minority of progressive white folks and Hispanics, it could be very close. The DNC is about to throw a boat load at cash at both these races, so they should have all the tools they need to make a good run at it. I think the climate is just right for it to happen.

I really think Gillam can pull it off in Florida. Unfortunately Georgia is way more difficult but I hope for the best.
