Why do y'all think it's such a common occurence for black nations to be dominated econonically by foreigners, whether chinese arab or indian?

I've already done some research on this topic, but i wanna know what yall think

There has been a feud between the Chinese and the Black population going back to the early 1900s due to the Chinese being mostly non-inclusive.
So much so that their have been riots in the past and present.
These same feuds can and has been seen between the Syrians and the Indian population in Jamaica.
These ethnic groups don't like mixing and integrating with the black population even though examples of this can be seen all over the island.
But for the most part this is a fact.
For instance a non-Chinese person cannot be buried in any of the Chinese cemeteries in Jamaica.
Their main focus is cultural retention.
When the Chinese first came to Jamaica they did not associate nor mingle with the black population on the island the same can be said for the other aforementioned ethnic groups.
But what's happening in Jamaica falls on the hands of corrupt politicians and greedy Chinese "businessmen".
The Chinese have been sold large spaces of land in exchange for infrastructure by the Jamaican government.
But this comes as no surprise to the Jamaican people because the same government signed that parasitic IMF deal in the past.
They know their government is a mulatto run bourgeoise operation but they're constantly pacified by little trinkets to pacify any voicing of dissatisfaction.
For instance any time black people on the island complain to the government they have little get togethers, fetes and serve bundles of food to the people.
And they use the same taxpayer money that the impoverished people are being asked to be funneled into fixing their roads and crime reduction.
Or big politicians will come to poor neighborhoods to be seen by the people as an illusion like said politician is about to fix some shyt up.
Or they'll give $5000 bills to random poor people and do photo ops and that'll shut the people up for a few months before complaints start again.
The bigger heads/top society people are playing games with the native population just like the British did when they ran the country.
The politician's in Jamaica are just like the regimes and figureheads that cac militaries install after they destabilize a country.
They play the same exact role, suppression.​

Because if China really wanted to take Jamaica for themselves, who's to stop them?

Maybe the U.S would step in, but mainly for their own sake - they wouldn't want a Chinese base right off the U.S coast - not because of the Jamaican people's well being.

People don't want to see that continent gear up.

shyt if South America and Africa were nuclear threats foreign policy would be a next level of chess. If both continents/nations of those continents tried to move on North America, they have a pretty solid chance because they're at a geographic advantage.

If Europe attacks either, that'd leave room for a Chinese/Arab counter attack on Europe not to mention a volley coming from Africa itself.

You'd have to be able to please all sides, meaning folks would have to cater to Africans and South Americans unless they want to get checkmated.

I'm all for South America and Africa having nukes.

I tried to make an open/unbiased thread on it.

China is investing world wide though, not just Jamaica. Their banks, Government and Rich are buying out land and business everywhere.

This is very dangerous because the Chinese will squeeze you from the top and from the bottom.
