OK guys I had time to break it down. Here's the concept:


After everything that happen in T1, T2, T3 and Salvation. Skynet sends another Terminator back in time to kill Sarah's parents before she is born. Something happens and they fail to kill Sarah but they kill Sarah's parents and she's alive but raised by the Arnold Terminator sent back by John to protect his grand parents. So later in the future John Sends Kyle back and now it's a different timeline where Sarah is raised by the Arnold Terminator that protected her but failed to save her parents.


To me this plot is really unnessessary. There is no need to mess with the original Timelines from T1 and T2 but that's the concept guys.
