If I had to compare the two I'd say Rhea is much better than Raquel because she is definitely better in the ring and on promos and seems to be able to connect with the audience.

Raquel, on the other hand, doesn't seem to possess any of those attributes. She's one of those black & gold Era performers who seem to get a bunch of chances to get over.

Raquel can’t even stay on TV long enough without dealing with health issues/injuries to be a major factor.

I don’t see the potential that HHH sees in her. She’a bigger/taller than the majority of the women on the roster but that’s all she has going for herself. The most powerful woman gimmick doesn’t translate because she doesn’t have those abilities to make it work.

Being a mute heel bodyguard for Liv is the best role for her but I don’t care to see her wrestle or get a single’s push at all.
