As an Ethiopian american, i refute that claim and would like you to present some evidence
Ethiopians not as much so as Nigerians/Somalis

You guys still have a track record of making derogatory statements towards people with certain features. If you're an Afrocentric Horner than that's great, good for you but you guys have lost the trust of a lot of people within the diaspora.

Again, please tell me how Ethiopians have lost the trust of a lot of people within the diaspora? Not attacking. I'm just looking for something to base these accusations against these 3 countries on.

People here rail on CACs all the time :dahell:

There are 54 countries in Africa. Out of all 54, only 3 nationalities of people continually show their ass time and time and time again. So for those 3 nationalities, there's no need to treat them with kid gloves. It's fukk em.

I still got love for most of my African brethren though. Just not those 3 nations.

How many Africans have you met and how many from those 3 countries that you specified?

It's purely anecdotal.

It's not like I can pull up statistics or anything but I've never heard of any Black American or anyone of any nationality having an issue with a Senegalese person, a Malawian, a South Sudanese, a Congolese, etc etc

It's the same 3 nationalities. IRL, Nigerians can sometimes slide given their appearance more resembles ours but nobody I know irl really fuks with horners. You have racists who make fun of West African features. A lot of you look different. In the case of Somalis, you put your religion at a higher priority than your ethnicity. Some of you guys tend to do everything in your power to separate yourself from other black groups in an attempt to assure other races and yourselves that you're superior to somebody. It's not all of you but these people do exist so dont be shocked when the coldness some of your people give off is reciprocated.

Dozens. In the case of Somalis, hundreds

I'm not going to go in ITT because this is a sensitive issue and it's kind of an unwritten rule among Black American posters here that we're supposed to treat other black nationalities with kid gloves.

I'm not surprised... Africans, Jamaicans, and Haitians will say more slick shyt about AA's than white folks. Us AA's can play ourselves by attempting be pro black but the diaspora doesn't think very highly of us.
Part of it is, when they come here, they manage to leap right over a lot of the obstacles that you hear African-Americans complain about.
My grandmother's mother came here with her (mind you she's a Haitian woman, and this is in the 1920s) and managed to put my grandmother through private-school, while fighting cancer in its later stages. My grandmother was one of three Black teachers and one of the first Black teachers (along with my grandfather) in that district. My friend's parents moved from Nigeria, to Jamaica, to the US and all of their kids are in Medical School in the Ivy League, and both parents are doctors.
When we compare out post-genocide plight to theirs, we're the ones who face the least obstacles :yeshrug:

Most African roads I've seen in person were fukked. Nobody will be taking more than a 5 minute walk in sandals unless they're homeless.

It's due to the weather and the climate. Not everybody can buy socks and after it's best for the environment. Clearly, no one would wear it much here due to the climate.
Most of these morons clowning these dudes wearing sandals thinks everyone lives in NY.

Why the fukk would some one in a tropical climate want to wear timbs?
