Am I blind, how did a man talking shyt about nigerians turn into a thread about nigerians hate AAs, without a single quote from any nigerians. :dwillhuh:

Even when you are talking shyt, you manage to be a victim. :dwillhuh:

Isnt the climate in West Africa almost exactly like Florida's? If it's their culture, it's their culture but let's not pretend it's unheard of to walk around in that climate in close toed shoes.
The sun is also closer since the sub-sahara is nearest to the equator which is the closest point to the sun. The heat is far different, hard to explain.

The reason for sandals....dirt roads...dirt...every...fukking...where.

All I see is him clowning shoes...connect the dots for us to how he was " talking shyt about nigerians"
That's the point, I am trying to connect the dots, how the fukk does him saying that prompt this sort of response
I'm not surprised... Africans, Jamaicans, and Haitians will say more slick shyt about AA's than white folks. .

The 1st people to make ethnic based comments were Africans :dwillhuh:
Everyone should have disdain for ignorance. If someone is walking around in his cultural wear, and then a group of AAs start making fun of him, clowning him, looking down, you think he's going to high five? Who threw shade first in this exchange? And then when the person claps back you claim victim :dwillhuh:

We don't even know if he knew he was African though

I feel like a lot of Africans aren't keepin it 100 about 'akata'. They're saying it means one thing but it's often used whenever there's an argument with AA's

I can honestly tell you that the word was originally used to describe Nigerians living abroad and that's the only usage of the word that I've seen in real life. Some people may be using the word incorrectly as an insult for African Americans but that's not what it means. Some people are just ignorant.

It's a bit like how the British call white americans 'yanks'. It's a tag, not necessarily a 'racial' one, since obviously both are the same race. :snoop:

We have our slang for AAs as well. Mzungu. loose translation, wanderer. Typically the word is reserved for cacs but it will translate the same for any outsider.
