these are all companies affiliated with Univision- we need to know which entity is directly affiliated with online media/publication, execs, who has the oversight responsibility. that's what I'm figuring out, how it's all connected - the hierarchy. Letters to the editor, authors is one thing, but finding out who is control of the directives

You'd be better off looking directly in to UNI if that's the case. These 5 companies, or most of them at least probably infuses UNI with capital and may act in a hands-off approach. I will say that Saban is no stranger to media though. Anyone that grew up in the early-late 90s and watched Fox Kids might recognize that name. If memory serves me right he was a bit involved with Disney's aquisition of Fox Family. I'll do a bit more digging on the Root and Univision momentarily.
