If you're offering someone 54-55 for 4 years, you might as well take that L and offer 6 million more and keep the core intact. If y'all think he's not worth 15 mill a year fine, but y'all are offering 13.5-13.7 a year. What's the difference? I think something def went down. They obviously handled this with emotion behind this. They saw how Ibaka, Sabo and Durant accepted their deals with no hassle and they saw Harden stiff arming them and said :pacspit: foh

:dwillhuh:If you think drafting Durant Westbrook and harden and them as some good business sense. And not just drafting and rookie contracts ok :childplease:

:whoa: I meant as a good business decision. If you're a billionaire, you have to have good business sense. He wouldn't spend money on something/someone he doesn't think is worth it. :manny:

Luxury tax penalties would turn their penalties to double and triple the cost, and usually these contracts go up 8% annually unless you agreed to a flat rate.

It's tough. I don't know what their limit is, but teams are gonna get assed out because of the tax. Teams like Miami, NY, LA, Brooklyn, Dallas can eat those like free throws, but others don't find it too easy.

The fact Rekka c/s you is all I needed to see.
The NBA is a multi-billion dollar a year industry. You think 35mil is shyt :deadrose:
Its bullshyt...

We getting closer, yet I'm pretty sure we still not revealing all the bread these teams are pulling in.
And a team like OKC with Durant and Westbrook & harden... Olympic medals
Jerseys... advertising... all for 35mil?

GTFOH :russ:

:beli:

Bulls have been the most profitable team the last five years with an average of 55M. Lakers are second with an average of 38M. Pistons were third with an average of 34M. So yes, 35M is great.
