i clean my ears in the shower with soap and water and just rinse them out

If you got good water pressure that should be enough

and like I said see an ent once or twice a year

I used to use q tips and one day I came out the shower and had water stuck in my ear

couldn’t get that shyt out for nothing

shyt was like that for a few days lol

I ain’t have health insurance at the time so I went to the emergency room and they had to flush my ear out
