They need to give him some time with this gimmick to find his groove. Just look at the past year how Matt Hardy or Jericho evolved their characters from when they first started heel. Hell, even look at how much The New Day evolved from their initial heel turn. All that unicorn and booty-o stuff they're known for didn't happen right after they began, they grew into it. If they give Clark the proper time to finetune this gimmick it can turn into gold.

1. A unique gimmick is never trash if it's executed well and so far it has been. The crowd already has been booing him after just a few weeks.

2. Nakamura was always a face and he's the most over wrestler on NXT and arguably one of the most well liked wrestlers on the planet right now.
