i have a phat 360, what tools do i need, ish was last flashed ot play mass effect but cant any new games

if you have the key already its easy. if you don't have the key you're looking at spending upwards of $70 for all the tools needed to flash.

no key means you need some type of probe kit to read the key and power the drive when its unplugged from the 360.

the key is the id of the dvd drive basically. if you didn't flash it yourself the person that did would had to have given it to you. i would recommend getting with the modder and seeing if they'll just give you the key.

if you buy all the tools to flash the console and only flash just the one its kinda a waste. with the stuff i listed earlier its solderless.
